a Local Entity

Kenya is East Africa's largest economy and the technology hub of Sub-Saharan Africa — home to Nairobi's thriving startup ecosystem, a young English-speaking workforce, and a growing concentration of multinational regional offices. Atlass Partners acts as your Employer of Record in Kenya, managing NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and full Kenya Employment Act 2007 compliance.

Kenya's Employment Act 2007 and Labour Relations Act 2007 govern employment. PAYE (graduated up to 35%), NSSF, and NHIF are the key statutory obligations. Nairobi's Silicon Savannah has attracted regional offices for Google, Microsoft, Visa, and hundreds of global companies — making Kenya the essential East Africa entry point.
