Atlass Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a leadership search and advisory firm registered in India, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, operating across India, the Middle East, Africa, and other global markets. We are subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.
Enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message or hiring requirement you provide. Candidate profiles: name, email, phone, current role, company, areas of interest, and any CV or résumé you voluntarily upload. We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as financial information or government IDs) through this website.
CVs uploaded through our careers page are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. They are never publicly accessible. Signed, time-limited URLs are generated only when required for internal review by the Atlass Partners team. We retain CVs for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential engagements, evaluate candidate suitability, and communicate about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party processors, each of which maintains its own privacy and security standards: Supabase Inc. (database and file storage, hosted in the EU); Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery). These processors are engaged solely to operate the website and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We use a strictly necessary cookie to store your cookie consent preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.
Under the DPDPA and applicable international law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email growth@atlass-partners.com with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact and enquiry records are retained for up to 36 months. Candidate CVs and profiles are retained for up to 24 months. Data is deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request, or sooner where feasible.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted storage, access controls, rate limiting, and private file storage with time-limited access URLs.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
