Saudi Arabia Employment Compliance — Fully Managed

Employer GOSI contribution: 2% for non-Saudi employees; 12.5% for Saudi nationals (including Occupational Hazard Insurance). Employee contribution: 0% for non-Saudis; 10% for Saudis. Atlass Partners registers all employees with GOSI and manages monthly contributions.

Saudization / Nitaqat

Nitaqat mandates minimum quotas of Saudi nationals in the workforce, segmented by industry and company size. Companies operating through EOR must adhere to applicable Nitaqat requirements. Atlass Partners advises on compliant workforce structuring and tracks Nitaqat status.

End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB)

Under Saudi Labour Law: half a month's salary per year for the first 5 years of service; one month's salary per year thereafter. Calculated on last drawn basic salary. Atlass Partners accrues and manages EOSB for all EOR employees throughout employment.

Iqama (Residency Permit)

All foreign employees in Saudi Arabia must hold a valid Iqama and work permit sponsored by their employer. Atlass Partners manages the full Iqama process through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

Annual Leave & Benefits

Minimum 21 days annual leave per year (30 days after 5 years of service). 11 official public holidays. Employees must receive annual leave pay before commencing leave. Atlass Partners administers all leave entitlements in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Wage Protection System (WPS)

Saudi Arabia's Wage Protection System (Musaned) requires timely salary payments through approved channels. Atlass Partners processes payroll in compliance with WPS requirements and Saudi Labour Law provisions on wage documentation and frequency.
