Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) is the strategic delegation of HR functions to a specialist provider. With EOR, Atlass Partners becomes the legal employer of your staff. With HRO, your company remains the employer — we manage HR operations on your behalf. HRO is suited to organisations with an existing legal entity in India who want to outsource HR administration rather than employment itself.

The Essentials plan covers core HR operations: monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax), onboarding and offboarding workflows, leave and attendance management, employee documentation, MIS reporting and a self-service employee portal.

The Plus plan includes everything in Essentials, plus talent acquisition support, benefits administration, HRIS access, performance management frameworks, policy development, employee relations advisory and grievance management.

Our HRO model has a minimum billing base of 10 employees per month. If your headcount is fewer than 10, the monthly fee is calculated as though you have 10 employees. This ensures the infrastructure, compliance and advisory resources allocated to your account remain viable.

Most clients are onboarded within 2–4 weeks. This includes data migration, payroll setup, compliance registrations and portal configuration. We assign a dedicated account manager from day one.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any renewal cycle. We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to payroll or compliance operations.

Currently our HRO service is delivered for workforces based in India. We also support HR operations for UAE and Singapore-based teams on a custom basis — contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

In a PEO arrangement, the provider co-employs your staff — sharing legal employer responsibilities with you. In HRO, you remain the sole legal employer; we manage HR processes on your behalf.
