Hire in Singapore Without
a Local Entity
Singapore is Southeast Asia's most sophisticated business environment — a regional hub for finance, technology, and professional services with a world-class regulatory framework. Atlass Partners acts as your Employer of Record in Singapore, managing CPF contributions, MOM work pass applications, and full Employment Act compliance without you needing to incorporate a Pte. Ltd.
Singapore's Employment Act (Cap. 91A) and the CPF Act govern employment and social security. The Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) governs Employment Pass applications. Singapore's rule of law, tax efficiency, and strategic location make it the default Southeast Asia hub for international businesses.

Employment Pass (EP) & S-Pass
Atlass Partners manages the full MOM work pass process — EP applications for professionals meeting the qualifying fixed monthly salary, S-Pass for mid-skilled workers, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) job advertising requirements, and all renewal and cancellation filings.

◆
